Terms and Conditions of Sale

Where no alternative or additional written agreement has been made the following clauses shall apply:

Definition

  1. i) The Seller means Twenty Three (UK) Limited t/a Globe Enterprise.
  2. ii) The Purchaser means the purchasing customer, be it an individual, a partnership business or a limited company.

iii) The goods mean the goods whatever the description which are the subject of a sale.

Price

Prices are as per the Seller’s price-list. The prices are subject to alteration without notice.

Order Value

Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, each order shall be for a minimum value of £200 exclusive of VAT.

Carriage and Delivery

Where the invoice price of the goods is in excess of £400 exclusive of VAT the Seller will bear the carriage and delivery expenses to any destination in the United Kingdom. All delivery dates are estimates only. The Seller shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever whether directly or indirectly arising as a result of late delivery. The Seller reserves the right to make partial delivery if necessary.

Delivery Notes

Any shortages or defects in the goods must be notified to the Seller within 48 hours of receipt of the goods by the Purchaser and confirmed in writing, with supporting photographic evidence in the case of defects, within 7 days of receipt, failing which the Seller shall not be liable for any claims whatsoever in respect of any shortages or defects in the goods. The Purchaser shall give to the Seller or its representative reasonable opportunity to inspect the defective goods in the state and condition in which they were received, if required.

The Seller shall have no liability after 3 months from the date of delivery for any defects for any electrical goods.

Product Description

As certain items in the range of goods are handmade, colours, shade and printing may vary slightly. The Seller reserves the right to substitute or delete any items from the range without prior notice and the Purchaser will be advised of any such substitutions or deletions before delivery of any order.

Defective Goods

Any defective electrical item cannot be refund

Payment

Payment in respect of the first order by a new Purchaser must be made on a Pro-forma invoice basis before the goods can be dispatched. For all other orders invoices will be raised for goods despatched, such invoices are to be paid within 30 days of receipt by the Purchaser.

Property

The title in the goods shall remain with the Seller until the Purchaser has made full payment to the Seller in respect of the order.

Cancellation

Any amendment or cancellation of an order by the Purchaser must be made no later than 7 days after the order date and the Seller reserves the right to make a cancellation charge of 10% of the order value.

Jurisdiction

All agreements between the Seller and the Purchaser shall be governed by English law and be within the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
